SUPERVISOR
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level qualification.
- Responsible for everyday operations of the hotel.
- Able to lead and supervise the hotel team to make sure of guests' satisfaction.
- Past experience would be advantageous but not necessary.
- Friendly and customer orientated.
- Able to speak/write in fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia.
FRONT DESK/RECEPTION
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level qualification.
- Responsible for guest check-in/out.
- Monitor room availability and online bookings.
- Able to work day or night shifts.
- Friendly and customer orientated.
- Able to speak/write in fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia.
